This is one exciting trip that will leave you enthralled as you gaze at the beautiful hills of Rwanda and the mountain Gorillas. The hike to the mountain Gorillas is quite hectic but fun at the same time. Come, let’s adventure together on this very short tour.
Day 1: Arrival
On arrival to the Land of A Thousand Hills, you’ll meet and greet your special Ntungo safaris driver at the airport in Kigali. Depending on time of arrival, transfer to Musanze which is Northwest of the capital of Rwanda. This is where you will find Volcanoes National park which encompasses five of the eight volcanoes in the Virunga mountains. This rain forest is home to some of the world’s Mountain Gorilla population, Golden monkeys and the Dian Fossey grave. On arrival to Musanze, check into the hotel and enjoy the beautiful sights of the volcanoes.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking
On this beautiful morning, you’ll have your breakfast early so you can transfer in time to the headquarters of Volcanoes national park. Here, you will be briefed about the tracking exercise and then head out to commence Gorilla trekking. This walk will be guided by an experienced park guide who will show you many other animals and plants contained in this forest.

Day 3: Departure
In the morning, after a well relaxed sleep, transfer to the airport for your return flight.
You will have some stops on your way to Kigali. Some chances to visit the genocide memorial if time allows. Drive out to the airport for departure back home.
